The Agape Service Project Program Costs and Payment Policies


The Program fee for The Agape Service Project is $150 per youth participant (in addition to the deposit).  In order to make finding chaperones easier, as well as make service projects more affordable, for the time being, we are able to offer the program for NO CHARGE (That’s right it’s FREE J) for your Adult Chaperones.

The program fee includes 5 nights lodging and food (4 dinners, 4 lunches, and 5 breakfasts, plus daily snacks and beverages), t-shirt, program resources (Hand outs etc.), recreation fees (pool time) and misc. supplies.


Registration and Payment Schedule
-a $500 non-refundable deposit is due with your registration. This reserves your week and the spaces requested.  

-A first payment of $50 per youth participant is due by May 1st along with a Participant List with pertinent contact information. This payment is also non-refundable.

-Final balance for each youth participant is due 1 month prior to your scheduled week. Your final participant list and their permission forms must also be included.


Cancellations & Credits
Throughout the year financial and service commitments are made to local service agencies, program coordinators, facilities and staff. These commitments are based upon projected participants. Once a week is reserved, other groups are turned down for that week. For these reasons, we have had to create the following cancellation policies.


Refund Policy
-The initial deposit is non-refundable.

-If you have paid a $50 deposit for a participant who then cancels, the $50 may be credited towards your final payment, but will not be refunded.
